Invisible Light Founding Director, Yael Warshel, Incorporates the 501(c)(3) Organization in Pima County, Arizona, USA
Invisible Light has been officially inaugurated and incorporated in Arizona, USA. On a trip to the Arizona Corporate Commission's branch office in Phoenix, Invisible Light's Founding President, Yael Warshel, filed the articles of incorporation and registered the new nonprofit corporation with the state, turning a dream into reality.
Since then, Invisible Light filed and received its IRS determination letter, making it a United States tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity.
