Helping universities and communities navigate polarization and rebuild trust

Why These Workshops
Is your campus or community struggling with divisions too deep to ignore? When polarization makes civil conversation impossible, structured dialogue and deliberation can rebuild understanding, respect, and collaboration.
These workshops turn proven theories of intergroup and intragroup communication into real, actionable experiences that restore connection and guide constructive decision-making.
Our Approach
Grounded in Dr. Yael Warshel’s pioneering “PeaceComm” model, our method draws from evidence-based peace communication research—tested in some of the world’s most polarized contexts, including the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This model redefines how communities assess and engage across divides, offering what others can’t: interventions that actually work rather than those that merely hope to.
Workshop Format
Four full days of on-site engagement, flexibly scheduled (for example, across one university term):
-
Day 1: Introductions, expectations, and shared ground rules
-
Days 2–3: Core dialogue or deliberative-democracy sessions (format selected by client)
-
Day 4: Debrief, reflection, and future planning
Investment
Flat fee (includes facilitation, materials, and preparation; travel additional)
Outcomes

Bring evidence-based peace communication to your community.
