strengthens evidence-based programming & improves
policy & practice.

We partner with local organizations to build capacity in developmental research,program & product design, &MEL, enabling communities to independently generate, apply,& sustain evidence.

3. Children and Youth @Center

We position the demographic majority in most conflict zones as partners and co-designers of sustainable peace.

5. Context Before Models

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to conflict. We help
organizations adapt, improve, or reject existing approaches in favor of strategies grounded in local realities, informed by empirical evidence, & aligned with ethical, context-sensitive critical decision-making.

4. Communication, Media, AI &

Other Tech as Strategic Tools

We treat these as embedded, evidence-generating peacebuilding tools to leverage participation & innovation, & drive behavioral, biological, & structural change.

6. Building Evidence for Scalable Change

We address a critical gap in research on children & youth
living in conflict zones—their experiences, communication
practices, & media environments remain understudied, overshadowed by research on children living in peace zones exposed only to news about conflict, while existing evidence is underused by practitioners. We change
that by expanding access to research, strengthening local
capacity to generate & apply evidence, & developing tools
that improve decision-making across organizations, communities, & systems.

Whenever possible, we secure funding independently or jointly with local partners, enabling organizations with limited resources to access high-quality research, training, and strategic support at low or no cost.
